Description

You will diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in complex, distributed Windows environments.

None of the work mode flags (remote, hybrid, on-site) are active.

Responsibilities

• Define performance testing strategies and implement system improvements.
• Automate data collection, testing, and analysis using scripting.
• Deliver data analysis and technical demonstrations to cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Windows platform engineering.
• Deep understanding of Windows OS internals, including memory management and CPU scheduling.
• Proficiency with I/O subsystems and kernel-level components.
• Hands-on experience with WinDbg.
• Expertise in PowerShell, Python, or batch scripting for automation.
• Experience using Windows Performance Toolkit and Process Monitor.
• Proficiency with Driver Verifier and enterprise diagnostic tools.
