Description

You will engineer and maintain the enterprise Windows platform across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Enhance Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) to build advanced workflows for Windows provisioning and configuration management.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions with PowerShell and Ansible for automated Windows image deployment.
• Develop and optimize golden image pipelines for Windows Server across Azure, AWS, and VMware using Infrastructure as Code.
• Architect and manage Windows update infrastructure, covering patch management and GxP compliance reporting.
• Own the Windows platform lifecycle, including hardening standards, patching, and end-of-life migrations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise Windows platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in Azure and AWS hybrid cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and Infrastructure as Code.
• Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell; knowledge of Python is advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server administration, patching, hardening, and lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and automation frameworks.
• Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise security configurations.
• Familiarity with GxP compliance and regulated industry environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
