Description

You will manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, desktop operating systems, and core networking services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server and desktop operating systems, including user accounts, file systems, and services.
• Manage Active Directory environments, covering domain backup, recovery, and Group Policy Object (GPO) configuration.
• Troubleshoot networking fundamentals, including DHCP, DNS, routing, and firewall rules.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery procedures, ensuring backup and restore capabilities for systems, applications, and data.
• Monitor system health, identify performance bottlenecks, and manage patch and firmware installations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT Support or system administration.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Routing, and Firewall management.
• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, KSH, or Perl for automation tasks.
• Knowledge of server and storage RAID configurations.
• Application of security principles, including Access Control Lists (ACL) and Encryption.
• Ability to produce technical documentation on solutions and system design.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various company locations.
• Physical ability to lift and transport server equipment.

Preferred Skills

• Availability for off-hour, on-call support and overtime for emergencies.
• Experience with enterprise-level backup and disaster recovery solutions.
