Description

Manage Windows Server environments and lead technical project delivery within an account team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering duties and technical project requirements.
• Resolve technical issues and answer questions arising within projects.
• Propose project budgets and prepare progress reports.
• Train new employees and delegate work effectively to team members.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure project fulfillment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.
• Proven ability to manage engineering duties and technical project requirements.
• Experience in delegating tasks and training staff.
• Availability for Shift A (07:30 PM -- 05:30 AM IST) or Shift B (05:00 AM -- 01:00 PM IST).
• Capacity to work Friday through Tuesday or Saturday through Wednesday schedules.
