Description

You will own the Windows Server platform strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards across on-premise and hybrid cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP solutions across multi-site environments.
• Build automated server provisioning pipelines using PowerShell, Packer, and MDT to drive Infrastructure as Code adoption.
• Architect and maintain hybrid infrastructure across VMware and AWS, including resilient disaster recovery and high-availability solutions.
• Automate SQL Server deployments and monitor performance tuning to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with application and security teams to enforce configuration baselines and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Windows Server engineering and architecture.
• 8+ years of hands-on Active Directory experience in multi-site/multi-domain environments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with System Center (SCCM, SCOM), MDT, and Orchestrator.
• Deep knowledge of DNS/DHCP/IPAM (Infoblox, Microsoft, or similar).
• Experience with AD Certificate Services, ADFS, AD RMS, and identity management.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud (AWS, Azure), virtualization (VMware, Cisco UCS), and physical servers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Packer, Varonis, and Quest AD tools.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls).
• Exposure to Linux systems for identity integration.
