Description

You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise Windows server infrastructure. You own the release pipeline for server upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Lead planning and execution for server upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
• Manage and optimize virtualization platforms and cloud infrastructure.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions while monitoring system performance.
• Provide escalated technical support and mentor junior administrators.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in system administration.
• Expert knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Strong experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Proficiency with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and firewalls.
• Experience with SCCM and Ansible for configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with HIPAA security compliance frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced technical certifications.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
