Description

You will provide Windows TLE service restoration support for production incidents and act as an escalation point for support teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and maintain detailed incident records of all actions taken.
• Investigate root causes and test remediation or workaround procedures to accelerate business restoration.
• Facilitate third-party vendor support by capturing logs and managing service requests to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate on the design, development, and support of customized installations to meet business requirements.
• Review documentation and procedures to prepare teams for incident management efforts regarding LOE and VMware virtual infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or systems administration.
• Windows OS Server and Workstation administration.
• Virtual Infrastructure management.
• Active Directory and MS Clustering.
• Networking concepts and X86 Hardware troubleshooting.
• Citrix server and desktop support.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Data Protector and Avamar.
