Description

Provide technical level escalation support for Windows and VMware production incidents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and maintain detailed incident records.
• Investigate root causes and test remediation procedures to accelerate service restoration.
• Facilitate third-party vendor support by capturing logs and managing service requests to meet SLAs.
• Review documentation and procedures for LOE and VMware virtual infrastructure incident management.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or systems administration.
• Windows OS Server and Workstation administration.
• Virtual Infrastructure management.
• Active Directory and MS Clustering.
• Networking concepts and X86 Hardware troubleshooting.
• Citrix server and desktop support.

Preferred Skills

• PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Data Protector and Avamar.
