Description

You will manage, maintain, and secure the organization’s Windows-based servers and systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies (GPOs), and user authentication.
• Implement security baselines, manage endpoint protection, and apply necessary system patches.
• Manage backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Acronis) and test disaster recovery procedures.
• Support Microsoft 365 services and Azure AD synchronization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration in a medium to large environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016–2022) administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and WSUS.
• Familiarity with Hyper-V or VMware virtualization platforms.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Understanding of backup/recovery technologies (Veeam preferred).
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
• Knowledge of cloud services (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365).
