Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of Windows server systems and infrastructure security.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Windows server systems, including setup, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Configure user access, roles, and permissions to maintain infrastructure integrity.
• Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and logs to resolve bottlenecks and fine-tune parameters.
• Implement security measures including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
• Maintain backup and recovery procedures, including the development of automated failover scripts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Windows Server environments.
• Expertise in Windows Server design and implementation.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages for task automation.
• Experience with server patching, vulnerability assessments, and risk mitigation.
• Hands-on knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and automated failover procedures.
• Ability to analyze system logs and implement proactive alerting systems.
• Experience collaborating with cybersecurity teams on incident response.
