Description

Manage Windows-based infrastructure, server configurations, and network administration across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage application and server configurations, including software and hardware installation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and cybersecurity tools.
• Monitor assets and configure cybersecurity tools to maintain system integrity.
• Document all technical processes and coordinate with external vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Windows-based environment.
• Proficiency with Windows Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Hands-on experience with Windows host-based firewalls.
• Experience managing Cisco ASA firewalls with Firepower.
• Experience using Cisco Firewall Management Center.
• Understanding of computer architecture and hardware.
• Ability to lift heavy IT equipment.
• Valid driver license.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Siemens HVDC technologies.
• Knowledge of NERC CIP compliance and firewall rule documentation.
• Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, Paessler PRTG, Tripwire Log Center, Trend Micro Apex One, or Duo MFA.
