Description

Manage Windows servers and VMware environments to ensure high availability and system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows servers, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Install, configure, and maintain ESXi hosts and vCenter servers.
• Troubleshoot Hyper-V clusters and failover scenarios.
• Implement load balancing techniques to ensure application high availability.
• Execute security patching and vulnerability management processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Windows and VMware systems administration.
• Strong expertise in VMware vSphere (ESXi) and vCenter server management.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Hands-on experience with Hyper-V and Windows server management.
• Experience using console management tools like Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Knowledge of security best practices and implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with virtualization technologies such as KVM or OpenVZ.
• Certifications including VMware Certified Professional (VCP), MCSE, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
