Description

You will manage and maintain Windows and VMware virtualization platforms, networking environments, and incident response processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of VM deployment, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
• Manage Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes to ensure SLA compliance.
• Troubleshoot ESXi host health, VM snapshots, restoration issues, and VM Tools updates.
• Deploy and manage virtual machines using vCenter through OVF/OVA and create VM templates.
• Develop KEDB, SOP documentation, and capacity reports for infrastructure planning.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in virtualization and Windows/Linux administration.
• Expertise in VMware administration including ESXi (5.0-6.0) and vCenter (5.5-6.0).
• Proficiency with vMotion, SVMotion, HA, and DRS features.
• Hands-on experience with VMware NSX and VMware Data Protection.
• Strong knowledge of Problem Management and ITIL-driven best practices.
• Experience managing distributed virtual switches and port groups.
• Bachelor's degree required.
