Description

You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for Windows and Active Directory technologies, supporting Global Customer Support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to maintain security.
• Automate daily tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Deploy and test Windows operating systems, including patches and performance tuning.
• Manage scheduled WSUS-based server patching and resolve failures.
• Troubleshoot OS-based performance issues across Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing large data center technologies.
• Expert knowledge in Active Directory Upgradation and Migration.
• Hands-on experience upgrading Windows OS from 2008/2012 to the latest version.
• Proficiency in Group Policy, including GPO troubleshooting and registry management.
• Experience managing DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, and Certificate Services.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and AD Sync.
• Hands-on experience managing RDS and Terminal Services.
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting Windows cluster environments.
