Description

Design, implement, and manage enterprise Windows and Azure infrastructure while leading a team of systems engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain secure Windows and Azure-based infrastructure, including IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid cloud deployments.
• Oversee Windows Server environments using Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Design virtualization solutions using VMware and manage disaster recovery via Veeam.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Intune for endpoint management, security, and compliance.
• Lead and mentor a technical team to drive project delivery and adhere to best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Windows server engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a Team Lead or supervisory role.
• Advanced administration of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Proficiency in Azure services, including Azure AD, Virtual Machines, and networking.
• Extensive experience with VMware vSphere and ESXi.
• Expertise in Veeam Backup & Replication for disaster recovery.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
• Ability to provide advanced troubleshooting for complex infrastructure issues.

Preferred Skills

• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001.
