Description

Manage and support a global Windows Server and VMware virtual infrastructure. Resolve incidents and communicate root cause analysis and recommendations to customers. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and operating systems on Windows-based servers. Participate in a Follow the Sun support model for global infrastructure. Conduct server audits to ensure compliance with established standards and configuration guidelines. Perform tasks outside normal business hours, including weekends and a two-week on-call rotation per quarter.

• Build foundational components of virtual infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure environments.
• Windows Server administration and intermediate troubleshooting (versions 2012-2019).
• Intermediate VMware vSphere Suite troubleshooting.
• Dell and HP hardware troubleshooting and support.
• Ability to work independently within a global environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer requests.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Windows Server 2012-2019 and VMware vSphere Suite troubleshooting.
• VMware vSphere and VMware NSX design and implementation.
• Experience with Ansible automation.
