Description

You will manage and optimize Windows and VMware environments at an L3 level.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain VMware Horizon and vCenter, including HA, DRS, and VCB.
• Migrate VMware vSphere from on-premises licenses to cloud subscriptions.
• Execute the upgrade and migration of approximately 400 Windows desktop systems to Windows 11 using Azure Virtual Desktop, VMware Horizon, or Hyper-V.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDS, KMS, Certificate Services, WSUS, and Print Servers.
• Optimize Domain Controller and DNS architecture while consolidating or decommissioning servers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Administration.
• Expertise in VMware management, specifically Horizon and vCenter.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and Active Directory (AD & AAD).
• Experience with Hyper-V, VDI, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Hands-on knowledge of O365 and Exchange Online.
• Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell.
• Experience managing DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Services.

Preferred Skills

• Maintain inventory accuracy in ServiceNow.
• Enhance email security policies in ProofPoint.
