Description

Develop, test, and verify wireless networking products and technologies. You will own the release pipeline and ensure product quality through rigorous debugging and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug new wireless product features in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Reproduce and fix defects identified during engineering test phases and field tests.
• Improve product performance, scalability, and feature sets.
• Write and maintain technical design and architecture documentation.
• Provide regular technical feedback to enhance overall product quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in the wireless industry.
• Proficiency in C programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Deep understanding of Linux/Unix system programming, internals, and drivers.
• Solid knowledge of the TCP/IP networking protocol stack.
• Strong debugging skills using tools such as GDB and strace.
• Experience with Linux environments.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Working experience with OpenWRT or Wi-Fi, including knowledge of 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax protocols.
• Understanding of the PHY layer and MAC/application layer for debugging throughput issues.
• Scripting proficiency in Python or Perl and experience with bug tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
