Design, deploy, and maintain high-density wireless networks using Wireless First principles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design high-density, resilient wireless networks and optimize access point placement for coverage and capacity.
• Lead the migration from Cisco to Juniper Mist wireless networks from conception to execution.
• Monitor performance, analyze traffic, and resolve signal interference or congestion issues.
• Maintain technical documentation of network designs, configurations, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless solutions into existing infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in wireless engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Wireless or Juniper Mist wireless networks.
• Advanced proficiency in networking principles, routing, and network design.
• Deep understanding of RF principles and network architectures.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
• Basic proficiency working with REST APIs.
• CCNA Wireless, CCNP, or similar certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying Juniper Mist Access Points.
