Description

You will design, implement, and manage complex wireless network architectures and systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast resource requirements for high-complexity wireless network systems.
• Design and implement wireless network enhancements and architectural improvements.
• Integrate communication architectures, topologies, hardware, software, and signaling protocols into complete configurations.
• Evaluate new products and resolve wireless network technical issues.
• Develop and implement approved methods of procedure for network deployment.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in wireless networking.
• Deep understanding of the OSI Model and TCP/IP.
• Proficiency in wireless industry specifications including IEEE, ANSI, and 802.11 variants.
• Experience with Bridging, Switching, Routing, Ethernet, and Transport technologies.
• Knowledge of wireless network design, architecture, protocols, and topologies.
• Hands-on experience with wireless network devices and appliances.
• Proficiency in Visio and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco Certified Wireless Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
• Vendor-specific training in Cisco, Arris, or Ruckus.
