Description

You will execute wireless technology testing across access points, extenders, and various wireless standards to ensure reliability and performance in real-world environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Wi-Fi functionality, interoperability, performance, stress, latency, and reliability testing.
• Develop and execute test strategies using both automation and manual testing methods.
• Analyze packet captures to troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.
• Define and collect KPIs to conduct customer experience testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in wireless technology testing.
• Deep understanding of Wi-Fi 6E, Wi-Fi 7, and industry standards (WBA, WFA).
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi features including OFDMA, MU-MIMO, Band steering, and MLO.
• Experience with 802.11 KVR, Mesh, and roaming.
• Hands-on experience with security protocols: WEP, WPA, WPA2, and WPA3.
• Proficiency with test tools: Veriwave, IXIA Chariot, Alethea, and Spirent.
• Experience using packet debuggers like Wireshark and Omnipeek.
• Working knowledge of Linux, Windows, and macOS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing Bluetooth standards.
