Description

Manage and deploy Aruba wireless infrastructure and network connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and provision Aruba RAP and Campus AP hardware.
• Manage wireless environments using Airwave, Central, and Visual RF.
• Execute wireless predictive designs and passive surveys using Ekahau Pro.
• Troubleshoot wireless connectivity and protocol issues.
• Support new AP deployments and hardware refresh cycles.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Aruba Wireless products.
• Hands-on experience with Aruba AOS 8.x Controller-based architecture and clustering.
• Proficiency with Aruba ClearPass, including RADIUS, TACACS, and Guest Management.
• Knowledge of 802.11 standards and protocols.
• Experience with IPSec, GRE, and CPSec.
• Foundational switching knowledge: VLAN, STP, ARP, MAC Learning, VRRP, HSRP, LACP, and 802.1x.
• Experience performing wireless surveys and design with Ekahau Pro.
• Ability to use protocol analyzers like Wireshark.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Aruba wireless via Airwave or Central.
