Description

You will design and lead private wireless network architectures for enterprise and industrial applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and planning for RAN, Core, transport, 5G, LTE, SD-WAN, MPLS, Wi-Fi, and 5G MEC.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine deployment strategies for coverage, capacity, and interference.
• Develop detailed network architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
• Design security mechanisms and protocols to protect networks from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Perform network performance analysis and optimization to maintain quality of service (QoS).

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in network architecture and design, specifically focusing on private wireless networks.
• Deep understanding of wireless protocols including 5G NR, LTE, and Wi-Fi.
• Hands-on experience with RAN, Core, transport, SD-WAN, and MPLS.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency in RF planning tools, simulation software, and network modeling platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record of implementing private wireless solutions in industrial or enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related technical field.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA Wireless, CWNA, CWDP, or CWSP.
