Description

You will own the design, deployment, and optimization of wireless network architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain wireless network architectures that meet current and future business and security requirements.
• Lead planning and execution of wireless deployments, from site surveys through cutover.
• Conduct RF analysis and performance monitoring to improve network efficiency and reliability.
• Provide expert support for complex network issues, leading troubleshooting efforts with advanced diagnostics.
• Create and maintain documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and migration plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network architecture or engineering.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco wireless (WLAN) solutions, including latest WLCs, Cisco Spaces, and Cisco Catalyst Centre.
• Proficiency with Wireshark, Cisco Catalyst Center, and AirMagnet.
• Strong expertise in Wi-Fi portfolio and RF design principles.
• Experience with wireless security protocols, particularly Cisco ISE.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python.
• Ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
