Description

You will design, deploy, and optimize wireless network architectures to meet business and security requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain wireless network architectures and long-term strategic plans.
• Lead wireless network deployments from initial site surveys through final cutover.
• Conduct RF analysis and site surveys to optimize network efficiency and reliability.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex network issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and migration plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in wireless network architecture.
• Deep expertise in Cisco wireless (WLAN) solutions, including controllers and access points.
• Strong knowledge of the Wi-Fi portfolio, specifically Cisco Spaces and Cisco Catalyst Center.
• Proven experience with RF design, site surveys, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency with Wireshark, Cisco Catalyst Center, and AirMagnet.
• Experience implementing wireless security protocols and Cisco ISE.
• Ability to lead technical projects from inception to completion.
• Strong technical communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python for network automation.
