You will design, deploy, and optimize wireless networks to meet performance, capacity, and coverage requirements in Lisle, IL.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize wireless networks based on performance and coverage needs.
• Conduct site surveys and RF propagation analysis for deployment scenarios.
• Configure and integrate wireless equipment including access points, controllers, and antennas.
• Monitor network performance and optimize for reliability and quality of service.
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in wireless networking.
• Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi, LTE, and 5G protocols.
• Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting wireless networks.
• Proficiency in network simulation and optimization tools.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
