Description

You will manage and analyze complex wireless communication protocols and network structures. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze packet flow within Wi-Fi networks, including probes, beacons, and association requests/responses.
• Implement and manage 802.11 standards and wireless network management protocols.
• Evaluate MAC and PHY layer performance and interactions.
• Deploy Wireless Distribution Systems (WDS) to extend network coverage via multiple access points.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in wireless networking.
• In-depth knowledge of 802.11 standards: 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be (Wi-Fi 6/7).
• Expertise in 802.11k (Radio Resource Management) and 802.11v (Wireless Network Management).
• Experience with 802.11x (Authentication), 802.11r, and 802.11s (Mesh Networking).
• Thorough understanding of MAC and PHY layers.
• Deep understanding of packet analysis and wireless packet flow.
• Proficiency in Wireless Network Management.
• Knowledge of Wireless Distribution Systems (WDS).
