Description

You will perform real-time troubleshooting and break/fix support for Wi-Fi core and AAA environments in live production.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents for AAA services hosted on Linux, including authentication flow triage.
• Analyze live packet flows and troubleshoot routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and IPv6 to ensure network integrity.
• Operate and maintain wireless controllers, load balancers, and broadband network edge platforms.
• Develop and enhance automation scripts using Ansible and Python to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Wi-Fi or network operations with direct ownership of live environment support.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, and OSI model layers up to L7.
• Proficiency in DNS, DHCP, and IPv6 troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of AAA concepts and Linux command-line operations.
• At least 1 year of automation experience using Ansible and/or Python.
