Description

You will manage the creation and execution of wireless regulatory verification plans for consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

  • Translate worldwide regulatory requirements into specific test cases and procedures.
  • Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure all regulatory validation tests are covered.
  • Maintain and manage testing equipment required for various radio validation.
  • Analyze internal and third-party data to establish technical correlation.
  • Collaborate with development teams to debug issues and provide root cause analysis and mitigation plans.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in end-to-end (E2E) radio wireless regulatory validation.
  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with R&S CMW500 and/or Keysight UXM.
  • Working knowledge of 5G NR FR1 and FR2, LTE, GSM, UMTS, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi technologies (up to Wi-Fi 6/6e).
  • Experience using anechoic and semi-anechoic chambers.
  • Proficiency in radiation performance evaluation including emissions, EIRP, and EIS.
  • Knowledge of wireless regulatory requirements for the USA, Canada, and EU.
  • Skills in 5G New Radio (NR), CE marking, and quality processes.
