Description

You design and architect end-to-end wireless communication systems, owning the architecture, protocols, and interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end wireless communication systems including radio access, core networks, and backhaul links.
• Define system architecture, protocols, interfaces, and standards.
• Conduct system-level performance analysis and optimization to meet key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless systems into larger networks.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to meet evolving requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in wireless systems design and architecture.
• Expertise in system-level modeling, simulation, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communication technologies and protocols.
• Proven ability to perform system-level performance analysis.
• Experience defining protocols and interfaces for wireless networks.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
