Description

You will manage wireless network operations, serve as the subject matter expert for technical troubleshooting, and provide client support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system or application problems to provide timely resolutions.
• Provide ongoing technical support to clients to address issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth system operations.
• Identify process improvements and suggest solutions to optimize workflows.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in wireless technologies operations.
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining wireless networks.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and wireless communication technologies.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving wireless network technical issues.
• Working knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities.
• Any Graduate degree.
