Description

You will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise wireless network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage WLAN solutions, focusing on performance tuning, RF planning, and interference mitigation.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting for wireless issues, covering controller configuration, AP optimization, and security policies.
• Develop and maintain wireless network strategies, standards, and architecture documentation.
• Evaluate emerging wireless technologies, including Wi-Fi 6/6E/7, IoT, and private LTE/5G.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support across engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience designing and managing enterprise wireless network architecture.
• Expertise with Wi-Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and RF design.
• Hands-on experience with wireless infrastructure platforms such as Cisco, Aruba, or Juniper Mist.
• Proven experience with wireless authentication technologies including 802.1x, RADIUS, and NAC.
• Experience using wireless survey tools like Ekahau Pro or AirMagnet.
• Solid understanding of network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, QoS, and routing fundamentals.
• Strong background in wireless security, including encryption methods and compliance.
• Experience leading complex wireless deployments and large-scale rollout projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with private LTE or 5G deployments.
• Experience supporting IoT wireless architectures.
