Description

You will execute and analyze wireless performance on mobile devices, covering cellular and Wi-Fi technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer-reported issues, perform debugging, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Test cellular performance across 5G NR (SA/NSA) and LTE networks.
• Analyze Wi-Fi logs and test implementations of Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7.
• Compile test results data, collect relevant logs, and write engineering reports.
• Execute testing processes aligned with MNO/MVNO industry practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years testing Android and iOS devices (smartphones, tablets, watches).
• 5+ years cellular testing experience, including 5G NR (SA/NSA) and LTE.
• Proficiency with log collection/analysis tools: iOS Console, QXDM, QCAT, ELT, Shannon, and ADB.
• Understanding of Wi-Fi industry standards and basic Wi-Fi log analysis.
• Experience with Mobile Network Operator (MNO) or Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) product practices.
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and debugging on reported issues.
• Clear and effective communication skills for team collaboration.
