Description

You will manage the translation of OEM requirements into detailed 2D wiring drawings and oversee harness design packaging.

Responsibilities

• Interpret vehicle wiring drawings and complex schematics.
• Translate OEM wiring requirements into accurate 2D wiring drawings.
• Perform root cause analysis on electrical wiring issues.
• Assess and package harness designs for vehicle integration.
• Provide technical interface to the advanced wiring team and participate in design reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in wire harness design, routing, and packaging.
• Proficiency with CATIA, Capital NX, Solidworks, and Mentor Graphics CAP-H.
• Experience managing OEM change processes, including change requests, change control, and approvals.
• Hands-on electrical troubleshooting and harness design expertise.
• Strong technical communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor of Science in EE, ME, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CATIA Routing and Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of EDS component integration.
