Description

Lead the analysis, design, and execution of test cases for Manhattan WMOS supply chain and logistics management. Manage a team of 10-12 members across onshore and offshore locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct SRTs and resolve production issues to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define enhancement priorities and plan transitions.
• Provide inputs for automation and lead build project execution.
• Monitor and guide the testing lifecycle for warehouse environments.
• Groom junior talent and manage team deliverables.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Manhattan WMOS implementation.
• Hands-on experience implementing WMOS 2019 or higher in warehouse environments.
• Deep knowledge of logistics modules, specifically shipping and delivery.
• Technical understanding of Java and C++ processes.
• Proficiency in DB management, including backup DBs and troubleshooting.
• Ability to suggest database optimization ideas.
• Experience managing priority issues and leading teams.
