Description

You will own the business analysis and operational support for the WMS platform, including incident management, client onboarding, and system configuration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own ServiceNow incidents from identification through closure and collaborate with vendor support for bug resolution.
• Lead new client onboarding, documenting system setup, configuration changes, and implementation decisions.
• Manage change requests by maintaining and prioritizing the request log in partnership with operations.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), creating test scripts and managing approval workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution center operations.
• Strong proficiency with ServiceNow for incident and change management.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
• Required experience in project management and change request prioritization.
• Strong documentation skills, including creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
