Description

You provide L2/L3 support for HighJump/Körber WMS to maintain warehouse management processes in retail, distribution, or e-commerce environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for HighJump/Körber WMS applications.
• Manage system administration, configuration, and changes to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot issues to maintain seamless integration between the WMS and other business applications.
• Perform system maintenance and recommend improvements to optimize business operations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT projects and production support.
• Direct experience with HighJump/Körber WMS.
• Proficiency in HighJump/Körber WMS system administration and configuration.
• Experience managing system changes and troubleshooting within a WMS environment.
• Working knowledge of retail and distribution business processes.
• Experience supporting WMS applications within the retail industry.

• Any Graduate degree.
