Description

Lead warehouse process design, configuration, and operational support for enterprise WMS platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure warehouse processes for inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns.
• Manage system integrations between WMS, ERP, OMS, TMS, and automation systems.
• Provide production support and resolve technical issues in high-volume distribution environments.
• Optimize warehouse operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze system data to identify process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with WMS platforms, specifically SAP EWM/WM.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operational workflows.
• Hands-on experience in WMS configuration and process design.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with system integrations (ERP, OMS, TMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Blue Yonder or Manhattan WMS platforms.
