Description

Optimize warehouse management processes and drive industrial automation transformations in distribution centers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Transform low-automation distribution centers into high-throughput performance centers.
• Oversee accurate inventory tracking, restocking, and discrepancy minimization.
• Define and monitor KPIs to assess warehouse operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with DC Supervisors and CIP Charter holders to gather feedback on IT and automation systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Warehouse Management.
• Deep domain expertise in WMS, WES, and WCS.
• Experience with industrial automation, robotic automation, and yard management.
• Background in Distribution and 3PL Logistics across retail sectors (Apparel, Grocery, General Merchandising).
• Ability to analyze existing automation and suggest technical improvements.
• Knowledge of industry safety and compliance standards.
• Experience with shipping and productivity management technologies.

• Degree in any field.
