Description

Lead product strategy and roadmap development for Warehouse Management Systems in large-scale fulfillment environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the product roadmap through strategic planning.
• Run discovery workshops and facilitate sessions to capture detailed requirements.
• Drive product strategy across large-scale organizational teams.
• Work cross-functionally between architecture and development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Deep domain knowledge in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Fulfillment Centers.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS or WMOS.
• Background in Retail, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to manage products within large-scale teams.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering sessions, ideally with a prior background as a Business Analyst.

Preferred Skills

• CPSO or POPM certifications.
• Bachelor's degree.
