Description

You will provide production support for warehouse management systems, working closely with warehouse operations and BU IT teams to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production issues by working directly with warehouse operation teams.
• Perform independent configurations using RP integrator.
• Manage functional processes including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory, and order management.
• Support warehouse workflows such as picking, packing, shipping, and carrier setups.
• Maintain part profiling, part tracking, and kitting processes.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience with BY/RP WMS 2009.
• Sound knowledge of BY WMS 2021-2022.
• Experience with Red Prairie Discrete DLX, EMS, and DDA / MOCA Commands.
• Proficiency in Oracle PLSQL, SQL, and Unix shell scripting.
• Functional knowledge of supply chain processes including cycle counting and part management.
• Experience with RP integrator configuration.
• Ability to work confidently with warehouse and IT stakeholders.
• Degree in any field.
