Description

You will oversee the optimization, maintenance, and strategic direction of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to improve distribution center efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for WMS optimization aligned with business growth objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, overseeing ongoing system maintenance and support.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, proposal evaluations, and performance accountability.
• Monitor system performance to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
• Take full ownership of the warehouse system as the primary technical resource.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strategic Planning expertise.
• Vendor Collaboration and contract management.
• System Optimization and performance monitoring.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and software development lifecycles.
• Experience addressing technical challenges within a distribution center environment.
• Any Graduate degree.
