Description

You will lead quality assurance for Warehouse Management System implementations, ensuring functional integrity across supply chain workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test plans, cases, and scripts for WMS modules and system interfaces.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing for receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage defect tracking in JIRA and maintain requirements-to-test traceability.
• Produce QA metrics, reporting, and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Support performance and load testing to validate system scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years as a WMS QA Lead.
• Deep knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan) and supply chain technologies.
• Hands-on interface testing using REST, SOAP, JSON, and Postman.
• Proficiency with Selenium automation frameworks.
• Experience testing cloud-based WMS platforms and SaaS environments.
• Solid working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA Zephyr or qTest.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain workflows.
