Description

You will develop and maintain high-performance WordPress and Shopify websites.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and WooCommerce integrations.
• Develop Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Integrate third-party services and RESTful APIs into both platforms.
• Manage e-commerce functionalities including product catalogs, payment gateways, and shipping methods.
• Optimize sites for mobile responsiveness, SEO, and loading speeds.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in web development.
• Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Expertise in Shopify development and Liquid templating.
• Strong command of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with MySQL database management.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and responsive design.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
