Description

You will own server-side logic, plugin architecture, and database management for custom WordPress environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend website functionality.
• Implement custom database structures and manage large datasets.
• Debug technical issues and ensure website security, scalability, and performance.
• Monitor website loading speeds and SEO performance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in back-end WordPress development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and MySQL.
• Extensive experience with custom WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Experience using Git version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Solid understanding of website security practices and web standards.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of modern frameworks such as React or Node.js.
