Lead WordPress development projects from planning through deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom plugins and handle theme integration.
• Manage full project lifecycles independently, including requirement gathering and technical documentation.
• Build, maintain, and optimize secure, reusable, and scalable websites.
• Collaborate with design and programming teams through code and design reviews.
• Communicate project progress, timelines, and potential delays to Project Managers and international clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in WordPress development.
• Expertise in the WordPress framework.
• Proficiency with GitHub for version control.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and lead team members.
• Strong problem-solving, task prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of consuming and creating Web services.
• Interest in learning JavaScript technologies.
