You will build and maintain WordPress websites, including custom plugins and front-end features.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom WordPress plugins and customize existing themes.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs using JSON and XML formats.
• Implement front-end features using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Manage code changes using version control systems like Git.
• Optimize website speed and apply on-page SEO fundamentals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
• Proficiency in CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
• Experience consuming and interacting with RESTful APIs (JSON, XML).
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (Git, Mercurial, SVN).
• Ability to use debugging tools like Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
• Understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
