Description

You will build and maintain enterprise and consumer-facing WordPress systems, owning the full lifecycle from custom theme development to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
• Convert detailed layouts and wireframes into functional, responsive HTML pages.
• Integrate front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Implement application protection measures and maintain site security standards.
• Manage code versioning with Git and execute deployments via CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP for back-end logic and development.
• Expertise in creating custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap integration.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and jQuery for interactive features.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and parsing JSON/XML data.
• Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative workflows.
• Ability to use browser developer tools (e.g., Chrome Inspector) for debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with unit testing and debugging frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
