Description

You provide technical and administrative support for WordPress products via email and chat.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical product usage questions and administrative payment inquiries through email and chat.
• Manage customer inquiries across a broad range of topics in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues via Slack to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate records of support interactions and ticket status.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer service and technical support.
• Proven experience providing support on WordPress or Shopify.
• Experience working within a web hosting environment.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
• Experience using Jira, ClickUp, or Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CMS platforms such as TYPO3, Joomla, or Wix.
• Familiarity with Help Scout or similar support platforms.
