You provide technical and administrative support for WordPress products via email and chat.

Responsibilities

• Answer technical questions regarding product usage and configuration.
• Resolve administrative inquiries related to payments and account management.
• Address support requests through email and chat in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members via Slack to resolve complex issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer service and technical support.
• Proven experience providing support for WordPress or Shopify.
• Background working within a web hosting environment.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
• Experience managing tasks and documentation within Jira, ClickUp, or Confluence.
• Degree or any graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other CMS platforms such as TYPO3, Joomla, or Wix.
• Familiarity with Help Scout or similar support platforms.
